1. Order Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled before they are processed at our warehouse for a full refund.
• Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
2. Returns & Refunds We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
a) Orders Not Received (Lost in Transit)
• If tracking information shows that an order has not been delivered within 60 days (45 days for the USA, 110 days for Brazil), we will issue a full refund or resend the item.
• If tracking shows the order has been delivered but the customer claims non-receipt, a non-delivery certificate from the local post office is required.
• Refunds may not be possible if tracking shows the order as delivered unless verified by the courier or post office.
b) Incorrect or Missing Products
• If you receive the wrong item, the correct item will be reshipped or a full refund will be issued.
• If an order is missing items, we will either reship the missing items or issue a partial refund.
• Color and size variations that do not affect product function may qualify for a partial refund.
c) Damaged or Defective Products
• If an item arrives damaged or defective, we offer a full refund or replacement.
• To qualify, please provide clear photos or videos showing the damage.
• Slight cosmetic imperfections (e.g., small scratches, minor wrinkles) do not qualify for refunds.
• Damaged packaging alone (without product damage) does not qualify for refunds.
• Fragile items must be reported immediately upon delivery with photographic evidence.
3. Exchanges
• If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
We do not issue refunds for the following:
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer leading to failed delivery.
• Orders marked as "delivered" by the courier but not claimed by the recipient.
• Customer dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences (e.g., "I don’t like it").

• Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.
